Terms and Conditions

To enter the competition, you must submit the form at https://jaecoo.co.uk/Jurassic-Mexico-Competition by 11th August 2025.

The competition is open to UK residents and 18 years of age or older; Employees of OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted throughout the Competition Period. Subsequent entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

The winner may bring up to one adult guest and two children under 16 years old. Any minor travelling must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;

The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;

At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;

Economy class flights from London, UK (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Merida airport, Mexico and returning from Cancun airport to London, UK; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;

Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner’s or companions’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;

Accommodation based on guests sharing a hotel room in Merida for 2 nights, a villa in Tulum for 2 nights and a hotel room in Isla Mujeres for 2 nights;

Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;

Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;

The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;

All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;

The provisional winner will be randomly chosen and contacted on 15th August 2025, by both email and telephone. The provisional winner will be required to confirm their eligibility (including providing proof of age and UK residency) and accept the prize within 5 days of initial contact.

If the provisional winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide the necessary proof of eligibility, or fails to accept the prize within the specified timeframe, OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above.

Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;

All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;

Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;

Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;

All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;

The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year) or over public holidays in the UK and Mexico;

Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;

At the adventure park, children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age, must present an ID to verify their age at the park’s entrance; For the toboggan activity, minimum height is 4.2 ft and maximum weight of 300 lbs, the maximum capacity per raft is 4 people or 705 lbs, it is mandatory to use a helmet and know how to swim; For the ziplines the minimum height required is 3.6 ft, the minimum weight required is 88 lbs and a maximum of 300 lbs, the circumference capacity of the harness belt is 47 in and 25 in for the legs. In the case of children, the harness must fit properly and have a minimum height of 3.6 ft. If it does not, they will not be permitted to participate for their own safety; for Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 3.6 ft, for Rafts and Stalactite River Swimming the minimum height is 3.3 ft tall and maximum weight is 300 lbs; Some activities are not suitable for those who are pregnant; Certain park activities are not recommended if you suffer from a heart condition, fear of heights, back pain, or if you are recovering from a recent surgery or if you get dizzy easily.

Snorkeling may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, have back problems, heart problems or other serious health conditions;

The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/

The Prize Provider reserves the right to modify or substitute any part of the prize itinerary or included experiences due to availability, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond their control. Any substituted elements will be of a similar nature and equal or greater value, at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion.

All personal data submitted by entrants will be processed in accordance with JAECOO UK’s Privacy Policy, available at jaecoo.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Your data will be used for the purposes of administering this competition and, if you are the winner, for prize fulfilment. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

The decision of OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited in all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation or acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or any other problems that may result in lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.

To the extent permitted by law, OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited, its agents or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
